1Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of 3999d and all services provided through 3999d.org are subject to these Terms. By performing any of the following actions, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms unconditionally:

These Terms apply to all forms of gameplay, sports betting, live casino, crash games, slots, table games, and any other service or feature made available on the Platform, whether now existing or introduced in the future.

• Completing the account registration process at 3999d.org
• Logging in to an existing 3999d account
• Making a deposit to a 3999d account wallet
• Participating in any game, bet, or promotional offer on the Platform

2Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with 3999d, you must at all times meet each of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or banned from the Platform or any related service.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee of 3999d or any of its software or payment partners.

3999d reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.

3Account Registration and Security

Each person may hold only one active account with 3999d. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by the same name, address, mobile number, device, payment method, or IP address — constitute a violation of these Terms. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 3999d will not be held responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify 3999d support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security related to your credentials.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your 3999d account on your behalf.
• Account balances are non-transferable. You may not transfer funds between 3999d accounts or transfer your account to another person.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before processing any withdrawal. Required documents typically include a valid national ID or passport and confirmation of your registered mobile number.

3999d accounts are registered for personal use only. Using your account for commercial purposes, accepting deposits from third parties, or operating your account as part of a payment intermediary service is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

3999d supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger a full account review.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. 3999d reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• 3999d does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 3999d's control.
• In cases where 3999d has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms in connection with a transaction, 3999d may delay or refuse to process the withdrawal pending investigation.

All currency amounts on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 3999d does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

3999d may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. 3999d reserves the right to determine eligibility and to withdraw any bonus from an account at any time if the Platform has reason to believe the terms of the promotion have been abused.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing the rollover requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• 3999d may offer seasonal promotions tied to events of cultural significance in Bangladesh, including Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Victory Day, BPL season, and IPL season. These promotions are time-limited and subject to specific terms published at the time of each promotion.
• Only one active welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players who have previously claimed a welcome bonus with 3999d, or who hold multiple accounts, are not eligible for a second welcome bonus.

6Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 3999d platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are provided by accredited live dealer studios. The outcome of every game is determined independently of any player action or the Platform's commercial interests.

• Each game title on the Platform has its own specific rules. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing real-money bets. 3999d is not liable for losses incurred due to a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, any bets placed during the malfunction may be voided and stakes refunded. 3999d's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final.
• Sports betting markets are offered on major cricket events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers series, as well as football, kabaddi, and other sports. All sports betting markets are subject to the specific settlement rules published for each market.
• 3999d reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed or accepted in error, including but not limited to bets placed at clearly incorrect odds, bets placed on suspended markets, or bets that resulted from a system error.

7Responsible Gaming

3999d is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity. All responsible gaming tools available on 3999d are free to use and take effect immediately or within a short cooling-off period as described in each tool's terms.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take immediate effect. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may set reminders that trigger after a specified period of continuous gameplay.
• Self-exclusion: Players may exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and no deposits or gameplay will be possible.
• Reality checks: Periodic notifications reminding players of time spent and amounts wagered during a session are available in account settings.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 3999d platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to place bets, collect data, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or loopholes in the Platform's software or games for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any activity that may constitute a financial crime under applicable law.
• Opening or operating more than one account, or assisting any other person to circumvent the one-account rule.
• Providing false identity documentation or misrepresenting any personal detail during KYC or any other verification process.

3999d reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to share relevant information with law enforcement authorities where required by law.

9Account Suspension and Termination

3999d may suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable promotion-specific terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing in connection with bets placed on the Platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 3999d.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, 3999d reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where an account is closed at the player's request and no breach is present, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be refunded via the player's registered payment method.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3999d's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 3999d is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, special, or consequential loss of any kind, whether or not foreseeable.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, or any other reason beyond 3999d's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from a player's reliance on information or content published on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or game descriptions.
• Any loss arising from the actions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or software suppliers whose services are integrated into the Platform.

11Privacy and Data Protection

3999d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 3999d.org/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 3999d uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies appropriate organisational and technical measures to safeguard stored data.

3999d will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the services.

12Amendments to These Terms

3999d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The effective date of any revised Terms will be shown at the top of the Terms page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting [email protected].

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 3999d operates. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.

In the event of a dispute between a player and 3999d, the player is encouraged to contact 3999d's support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration as the exclusive means of resolving the dispute, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
